Prenatal Yoga
 

Into Yoga was the first to bring Prenatal Yoga classes to BC. 

Classes are designed exclusively for the pregnant woman with the end result of an easier, safer deliver in mind.  Learn breathing techniques and postures to develop your focus and concentration while strengthening the muscles you'll need during delivery and after birth.  Learn how to relax and begin to find a balance between control and surrender. 

Attention is placed upon improving balance and focus, increasing strength, opening and freeing the pelvic area, correct breathing and total relaxation.

Leave the class being more in touch with your body and knowing how to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts.

No previous yoga experience or exercise routine is necessary and you may begin anytime during your pregnancy.

A friendly, informal, no-pressure class. I learned invaluable relaxation techniques for pregnancy and labour. Thank you.
