Seems summer has hit us full force. If you're

BCIT on Wayburne Avenue on Tuesday evenings starting July 7
from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Email me for more

Side Inclined Plane

and place your right hand on the floor roughly in
line with the knee and shoulder. Extend the
top left leg out straight, keeping it in line with
your right knee and hand. Extend the left arm
upwards, and look up if comfortable for the neck.
