Remember how you feel after a good
body massage? Well, your digestive system feels much
the same after a sequence of yoga postures. Your
mouth, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine
and large intestine make up your digestive system,

Easy Pie Crust (Makes 2 nine
inch pie crusts with 8 servings each)
This pie crust has far less fat than common
versions. It is also quick to make and delicious to

2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
